Quality controlling teamWe have a strong quality control team under a quality manager. A manager has four full times quality controllers and the quality inspectors do the in-line inspections in each section. In a particular time of the day, our quality manager check the 30% garments those has been passed by our quality inspector in each section. All the quality inspector always check 100%. All the quality inspector submit their daily reports to quality manager with highlighting the major points and with the final comments. Quality manager submits their reports to the relevant merchandisers in addition to managing director. Relevant merchandiser ensures the correct qa packing to the qa manager. After maintaining the above procedures, the qa manager carried out his own final inspection on the basis of aql2.5 criteria before buyers approved final authority inspection. If qa manager seems the goods are standard for buyers authority inspection, then we invite the inspection authority for final inspection.
