S. and Galvanize round and square steel pipes and any other forming profile. 5. to appoint sub-licensee, agents / sub-agents, distributors for marketing, selling and any other purpose in business. 6. to import all kind of raw material necessary for manufacturing of products and any other materials and equipment deem necessary for operation of the business. 7. to carry all business of the civil mechanical electrical and metallurgical engineer and consultants undertaking to execute contacts to design, plan, build, fabricate, maintain, develop, import, works, control and to manage any building, roads, bridges, railways, waterways, dockyards, sea-port, air port, gas works reservoir electric company heat and light supply works, telephone works, stores and other like works and to contribute or otherwise assist or to take part in the construction, maintenance, development works, and management hereof. 8. to carry on any other trade or business whatsoever which can in the opinion of the Directors of the company advantageously carried on by the company.
